Chief Experience Officer at 4Front
How you feel about a company is just as important as what that company sells. As a CXO, it is my job to ensure that the end user is satisfied with their experience across every touch point of the brand.
I entered the Cannabis Industry in 2015 by creating Chesapeake Integrated Health Institute to dispense medical cannabis in the State of Maryland. While waiting for the license to be pre-approved, I took the position as CEO of Women Grow and worked at creating diversity in the Cannabis Industry before stepping down to focus on my original project in Maryland. Stepping into the CXO position with 4Front continues the development of my Maryland dispensary while joining forces with a power house in the industry.
